There is a water main break at the top of Leisure Mountain. Customers beyond the Firefox entrance will have low/no water flow or pressure. Crews are working on the problem at this time. This site will be updated as more information is available. 

The District has completed a system reduction fee study. You can read about it here.

Customers in the Elkwood Avenue service area might experience low water pressure as a contractor has damaged a water line. Customers may notice low pressure or loss of flow as the line is repaired. Estimated time of repair right now is approximately 5 PM.

District offices will be closed due to winter weather. All District functions can be handled online, including requests for starting and stopping service, reporting leaks, and making payments.

The District is working on a water line outage in the Weaverville Highway area. No repair time is available at this time. More information will be posted as it becomes available. 

Crews are currently working on a water main outage on Union Street. Union Street, Walnut Street, Rosecrest Lane, and New Walnut street may experience low water pressure and/or loss of flow. Estimated time of repair is several hours. 

Crews are currently working on a water main break on Old Leicester Highway. Customers in the Erwin Hills area may experience loss of pressure or flow while repairs are made. Repairs are expected to take 3-4 hours; this site will be updated as more information is available.

Due to the record cold, the District has experienced water line breaks in several areas. Customers in the Riverwalk/Penley Avenue/Sixth Avenue area may notice loss of pressure and/or flow as a break is repaired on Sixth Avenue.
