There will be a planned water outage for the Reems Creek/Sherwood Heights area on Saturday, Feb 16, 2019 in order to make water main repairs. Water service will be interrupted from 5:30 AM until an estimated time of 4 PM.
There is an emergency water outage for the Reems Creek area due to a water main break. Estimated time of repair at this time is 1 AM. No further updates to the site will be made this evening. Any customers without water by morning should call our office to report the issue.

The water main on New Stock has been repaired. All customers should have water services restored shortly. Customers that notice discolored water should let the water run clear before drinking, cooking or washing white laundry.
With cold weather upon us, the District reminds its customers to protect their pipes from freezing. Pipes in unheated spaces should be insulated and if necessary wrapped with heat tape. In severe cases a faucet can be left slowly dripping to prevent pipes from freezing.
Water service for Reems Creek is now being restored. ETA for full service restoration is 3 P.M. This site will be updated as more information is available.
