The water interruption in the Reems Creek area has been completed and all water service has been restored. Customers with discolored water or air in their water lines should allow the water to run for a few minutes in order to clear lines.

District crews are currently repairing a water main break on Lookout Road. Service will be interrupted for all customers on Lookout Road and connecting roads, including Apple Lane, Garden Road, Company Street, Ravine Road, Chestnut Ridge Road, and other connecting streets.

The water outage in West Buncombe has been repaired and all service has been restored. 

District offices will be closed Friday, December 23rd and Monday & Tuesday, December 26-27, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Offices will also be closed Monday, January 2, 2017, in observance of New Year's Day.

District crews are repairing a main line break on Mt. Carmel Road. Estimated time of repair at this time is 5:00 PM. This site will be updated as more information is available. 

Due to the ongoing drought, water restrictions are now in effect for all customers of the District.
