With winter soon to be upon us, customers are reminded to be aware of the conditions of their personal plumbing lines. Pipes in unheated or uninsulated areas, such as garages, crawl spaces, or basements can be extra susceptible to freezing and bursting.

The planned water outage for the Reems Creek area has concluded. All homes should have water restored at this time. 

The District is repairing a leak in the Reems Creek area. Some customers may notice loss of flow or pressure at this time.

The water interruption in the Reems Creek area has been completed and all water service has been restored. Customers with discolored water or air in their water lines should allow the water to run for a few minutes in order to clear lines.

District crews are currently repairing a water main break on Lookout Road. Service will be interrupted for all customers on Lookout Road and connecting roads, including Apple Lane, Garden Road, Company Street, Ravine Road, Chestnut Ridge Road, and other connecting streets.
