The water outage in West Buncombe has been repaired and all service has been restored.
District offices will be closed Friday, December 23rd and Monday & Tuesday, December 26-27, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Offices will also be closed Monday, January 2, 2017, in observance of New Year's Day.
District crews are repairing a main line break on Mt. Carmel Road. Estimated time of repair at this time is 5:00 PM. This site will be updated as more information is available.
Due to the ongoing drought, water restrictions are now in effect for all customers of the District.
There will be a planned water outage for the Reems Creek area on Wedneday, November 2, 2016, from 8 AM until 4 PM to perform system repairs. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but all customers should be prepared for loss of water pressure and/or water flow during this time.
As part of our new billing process, the District has a new payment site! Our new site will allow users to register with their own identifiable information, sign up for e-mail billing, monthly recurring charges on their credit cards, and much more!
There will be a planned outage for the top of Leisure Mountain to perform system improvements. The outage will occur between 8 am and 3 pm and will likely last just a short time. Some customers may not notice the effect of the outage depending on their location on the mountain.
The District is switching to a new billing system. Customers of online payments will notice changes in the next several weeks to the online billing components as well as payment options.

There will be a planned water outage on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, to perform system repairs. Customers in the Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights areas may experience loss of water flow and/or pressure between 9 AM and 3 PM during these repairs.
