The District is working on a water line outage in the Weaverville Highway area. No repair time is available at this time. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
Crews are currently working on a water main outage on Union Street. Union Street, Walnut Street, Rosecrest Lane, and New Walnut street may experience low water pressure and/or loss of flow. Estimated time of repair is several hours.
Crews are currently working on a water main break on Old Leicester Highway. Customers in the Erwin Hills area may experience loss of pressure or flow while repairs are made. Repairs are expected to take 3-4 hours; this site will be updated as more information is available.
Due to the record cold, the District has experienced water line breaks in several areas. Customers in the Riverwalk/Penley Avenue/Sixth Avenue area may notice loss of pressure and/or flow as a break is repaired on Sixth Avenue.
District offices will be closed Dec. 25-27 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Offices will also be closed on January 1 in observance of New Year's Day. All requests such as starting or stopping services, making payments, and general inquiries can be handled online.

The internet outage at District offices has been resolved and phones are now operational.
District offices will be closed Friday, November 10th in observance of Veteran's Day. All District functions are available online, including applying for and stopping service, reporting a leak, and bill payment options.
