Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Woodfin Sanitary Water & Sewer District. We pride ourselves on streamlined operations that make the development process as simple and expedited as possible.
If you are considering purchasing and/or developing a piece of property, your first stop is to submit a Pre-application to the District for consideration. We will review the application and parcel for serviceability and give you a preliminary approval or denial based on the information you’ve provided and the capacity and capability of the District to serve the project. Please note that there is an application fee that must be paid before we will consider your application; the current fee is $130.00. We strongly recommend you begin this process by completing the online application, but hard copies of all forms can be viewed, downloaded or printed by following the links at the bottom of the page. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to complete your application; if you have made application and more than 30 days has passed, you may contact our office for a status update.
Effective January 1, 2021, all approval letters and related material will be submitted to you via e-mail, so please be sure you have listed the correct e-mail address on your application. This will be the same approval letter that would be available by hard copy and can be printed as necessary. Paper copies will not be mailed unless specifically requested in writing.
