The Weaverville Fire Department will be conducting hydrant testing on Wednesday, August 7 and Thursday, August 8, 2019. Testing will be in the Woodland Hills area.

There will be a planned water outage for the Baird Cove area on Saturday, 7/20/19 from 11 PM until 6 AM. Construction crews are making improvements in the area and some customers will notice loss of water pressure and/or flow during those hours.

The District will be making system improvements Saturday, July 13, 2019 between 11 PM and 5 AM Sunday, July 14, 2019. During this period customers in the Woodfin and Beaver Lake area may notice reduced water pressure, flow, or complete loss of flow and pressure while work is being completed.

District offices will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019 in observance of Independence Day. Virtually all District functions can be accessed online, such as starting or stopping service, making a payment, or turning in a leak adjustment. Please browse our website for our full range of options. 

Contractors will be performing hydrant testing between 10 am and 12 PM on Tuesday, July 2, in the Woodland Hills area.

District crews are working on a water main break on Weaverville Highway at this time. Customers in the vicinity may experience low or no water pressure while repairs are made. Work is estimated to continue until approximately 3 AM.

District offices will be closed on Monday, May 27th, 2019 in observance of Memorial Day. Emergencies such as a water line leak or break can be reported by calling our office and selecting the emergency contact option.

The District is repairing a water main leak on Old Leicester Highway. Customers between Erwin Hills Road and Craggy Bridge may notice loss of flow and/or pressure while repairs are being made. Estimated time of repair completion is 2 PM. 

The District office will close at 12 pm on Thursday, May 2nd for repairs. The office will reopen on Monday, May 6th at 8:30 am. All requests can be handled online, including payments, starting and stopping service, and other issues.

The City of Asheville will be performing some water line work on their lines on May 2, 2019. It is possible that this work will cause some water discoloration for customers in the Woodland Hills area.
