The boil water advisory, effective 9:45 PM Sunday, March 29th, 2020, for District customers in the New Stock Road area has been lifted.
Customers in the New Stock Road/ Woodland Hills area are experiencing an outage due to a City of Asheville break. Estimated time of repair is 10 PM.
Crews are still repairing a water main break on Sunny Ridge at this time.
Beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020, all District offices will be closed to the public as a precaution against the COVID-19 virus. All District functions can be accessed online, including bill payment, leak adjustment requests, starting and stopping service, and other issues.
