The meeting was called to order at 1:04 P.M. by Sarah Gassaway, Chair. In attendance: Don Haynes, Secretary; Jackie Bryson, MSD Representative; Ivo Ballentine, Trustee-elect; Director Joseph Martin; Keith Snyder, Vice-chair; Notary Pam Nolan of MSD.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
District offices will be closed on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Water outage, Lookout Road - Jan. 17, 2016 2 PM
The water line break on Lookout Road has been repaired and service has been restored.
Holiday Hours
The District offices will be closed January 1 for New Year's Day.

Tues. Dec. 15 - Water outage, Old Highway 20
There will be a planned water outage on Tuesday, December 15th on Old Highway #20 to perform system repairs.
Dec. 9 2015, 11 PM - Water outage, Reems Creek
The water outage for Reems Creek and Sherwood Heights has been resolved and water has been restored.
December 4, 2015 - Online/Phone Payment difficulty
The online and phone payment portal is having difficulty at this time.
