The water line break on Alclare Court has been repaired and all customers should have service restored. Some customers may experience slightly discolored water as a result of the change in pressure and flow.
The water line break affecting the Woodfin & Beaver Lake area has been repaired and pressure should start being restored for those areas that lost water. Water may be discolored as a result of extreme pressure and flow changes but is safe to consume.
District offices will be closed Tuesday, November 11th, 2014 in observance of Veteran's Day. 24-hour emergency service for issues such as water line breaks or leaks can be obtained by calling 253-5551.
The water outage affecting Rosecrest Street, View Street and Locust Street has been resolved and all service has been restored.

There will be a planned water outage for Goodman Road on Thursday, July 17, 2014, between 8 AM and 1 PM to perform system repairs. Some customers may not notice the effects of the outage but all customers on Goodman Road should be prepared for low or no water pressure and/or discolored water.
There will be a planned water outage on Thursday, July 10, 2014, beginning at 11 PM and ending at 5 AM for customers in the following areas: Sunny Ridge, Baird Cove Road, Audubon Drive, Laurel Terrace, Mills Place, Running Ridge, Weaverville Highway between New Bridge exit and Baird Cove Road.
There will be a planned water outage for Sixth Street on Monday, July 7, 2014, in order to connect new water lines. Customers should expect intermittent water outages and low water pressure on both days. Outages will begin at 10 AM and should conclude by 5 PM.
There will be a planned water outage on Thursday, June 5, 2014, on the 4th Street Extension. The outage is to connect new water mains.
