Friday August 11: We have an outage on Mayfield Road, Beaver Drive, Stratford Road and streets off of Stratford. We are estimating completion by 7pm, we will update the website once completed.
We have an unscheduled outage Thursday 8/10 at 11pm for Mayfield Road and Beaver Drive. Service will return during the day on Friday 8/11. Website will be updated when work is complete.
On Thursday 8/10, the payment window will open at 9:45am.
The scheduled outage from last night was completed at 6am. As the system pressurizes, you may experience discolored water or air in your lines. Please run them till your water clears. Thank you for your patience.
There will be a scheduled outage tonight, Thursday 7/27 from 10pm - 4am. Residents in the Town of Woodfin may experience low to no water pressure.
Update: There will be a scheduled outage due to repair work on Wednesday 7/26 starting at 10pm to 5am effecting The Town of Woodfin. Residents may experience low to no water pressure. Will update website when completed.
Completed: Monday 7/17 Possible low to no pressure in the Reems Creek area due to a break. If you experience discolored water please run your water till it clears.
On Friday July 14th the Weaverville Fire Dept will be flowing a hydrant on Weaverville Road starting at 5:30pm lasting about an hour. Customers in that area may notice low pressure.
The Fire Department will be conducting Hyrant testing in the Olivette Road Area on Wednesday July 12th. Low water pressure may be experienced for short periods of time.
The office will be closed for the 4th of July Holiday. The office will reopen at 8:30am on July 5th.
