Customers who received telephone or printed disconnection notices are encouraged to pay online. Payment can be made by clicking on "Make a Payment" under the "Service" tab or on the home page. A valid account number and the last four digits of your phone number of record are required. Payments made online through the weekend of March 28-29 will be processed on the morning of Monday, March 30. Don't risk disconnection - if you are having trouble making your payment, contact us immediately! We offer payment arrangements and in some cases can refer you to agencies that may be able to assist you, including through our low income program.
