There will be a planned water outage for the Woodland Hills area from 9 AM until 1 PM on Thursday, August 10, 2022 to make system repairs.
The District is currently experiencing intermittent office telephone operation interruptions. Customers may e-mail us online with inquiries or issues that they are not able to resolve with our automated telephone system.
District crews are repairing a water main in the Marlwood Court area at this time. Customers in this area may experience loss of pressure or flow while repairs are being made. Estimated time of repairs is 3 PM.
District offices will be closed Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, July 5 at 8:30 AM. Emergencies can be handled by calling our 24-hour line at (828) 253-5551.
There will be a water outage on Weaverville Highway between Leisure Mountain Road and Baird Cove Road on Monday, June 6, 2022 beginning approximately 10:30 AM.
District offices will be closed on Friday, April 15, 2022 in observance of Good Friday. We will reopen at 8:30 on Monday, April 18th. Emergencies can be handled by calling (828) 253-5551.

There will be a planned water outage for the Country Creek subdivision on Tuesday, March 8 from 8 AM through 4 PM to make system improvements. Customers should be prepared for loss of pressure and/or water flow during those hours. This site will be updated as more information is available.
The water outage for Mt. Carmel road has been extended to 5 PM due to unforeseen circumstances. Water service should be restored to all customers by 5 PM.
12:30 PM - Water has been restored in the New Stock Road area.
