With warm weather arriving, customers are reminded to keep their bills low by conserving water!
District offices will be closed Friday, March 25 for Good Friday. We will reopen on Monday, March 28. Emergencies can be reported by calling 828-253-5551.
There will be a planned water outage for Erwin Hills Road on March 7, 2016. This outage is expected to last between 8:30 AM and 1:00 P.M.
With the cold weather upon us, the District would like to remind customers to protect pipes in vulnerable areas of their homes with insulation or heat tape.
The District's main office is included in a general area power outage at this time. Until power is restored we can only accept checks with stubs at the office for processing. Online and phone payment options are still available for those wishing to pay by credit card.

The water line break affecting McPherson, Valley Park, Washington Avenue, and surrounding areas is estimated to be resolved by 6:30 PM. This site will be updated as more information is available.
A quick reminder for our customers that payments can be made online! Click on the "payments" banner on the main page to pay via internet or call our automated phone payment number on your bill to pay via telephone.
The water outage for the New Stock Road area has been resolved and all customers should have water restored at this time.
In cases of severe inclement weather, the District's administrative office may be closed. However, all necessary services, such as making a payment, requesting or disconnecting service, requesting a leak adjustment, can be accessed on the District's web site under the appropriate heading.
